Installation Instructions

1. Each pipe must be meticulously inspected according to product standards before installation. Any pipe failing to meet these standards must not be laid under any circumstances.

2. Handle pipes with utmost care during transportation and placement. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move pipes in trenches is strictly prohibited.

3. Ensure trenches are free of water during pipe laying. Ideally, dig as you lay the pipe. The trench length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. After completing the interface, backfill the grooves immediately with medium-coarse sand.

4. For length adjustments, pipes should be cut using mechanical methods. The cut surface must be flat and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. When changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, use appropriate fittings. Do not create openings on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid following the design slope requirements, with elevation errors not exceeding the limits specified in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. Use fusion or flange connections when ambient temperatures are low or near the minimum. Ensure all connecting parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, and impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, apply anti-corrosion measures based on site soil conditions and relevant standards.
