Installation Instructions

1. Each Wilvida HDPE PE100 Composite Pipe, 75mm Water Supply Pipe undergoes a meticulous inspection before installation to ensure it meets superior quality standards. Pipes failing to meet these high standards are strictly prohibited from installation, ensuring only the best quality is used for your projects.

2. Handle each pipe with the utmost care during relocation. Avoid dragging or rolling pipes and refrain from using heavy machinery, such as forklifts or tractors, which may harm the pipes when placed in the trench, preserving their integrity throughout the process.

3. Throughout the pipe-laying process, ensure the trench remains free of water. Ideally, coordinate trench excavation with pipe installation. The trench groove must align with the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove immediately with medium coarse sand once the interface is complete to maintain stability.

4. When trimming pipes to the required lengths, use mechanical methods to achieve clean, straight cuts perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid open flames for cutting to preserve the integrity and performance of each pipe.

5. Use appropriate pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Avoid direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections, ensuring the system remains robust and reliable.

6. Lay pipes following the specified slope in the design requirements to ensure proper flow. Keep the elevation error within the limits specified by national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering,' ensuring compliance and functionality.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum thresholds, employ fusion or flange connections for reliability. Ensure that all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts tailored to the soil quality and relevant standards.
