Installation Instructions

1. Before embarking on the installation of the Wilvida HDPE PE100 Composite Pipe, 75mm Water Supply Pipe, it is imperative to subject each pipe to a meticulous inspection process. This ensures every pipe aligns with our strictest quality benchmarks. Pipes that do not comply with these rigorous standards are strictly forbidden from being installed.

2. Handle each pipe with the greatest care during transportation. Avoid dragging or rolling the pipes, and refrain from using heavy machinery like forklifts or tractors for moving them. Such equipment, if improperly used, can cause significant damage to the pipes when placed in trenches.

3. During the pipe-laying process, ensure the trench remains water-free. It is optimal to excavate the trench concurrently with the pipe installation. The trench groove's length must precisely match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately after completing the interface, fill the groove with medium coarse sand for stability.

4. For precision when cutting pipes to the desired lengths, use mechanical methods to achieve clean and flat cuts that are perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting as they can compromise the pipe's structural integrity.

5. When adjusting pipe diameters or adding branch connections, it is essential to use appropriate pipe fittings. Do not attempt to create direct openings on pipes or fittings, as this can compromise the system's integrity.

6. Ensure proper pipe installation by adhering to the specified slope as outlined in the design requirements. The elevation error should be within the tolerances specified by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In environments with low ambient temperatures or near their minimum thresholds, opt for fusion or flange connections. All connectors, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, must be clean and free from soil, water, or impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts like looping flanges and bolts as per the soil quality and relevant standards.
