Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, every Wilvida HDPE PE100 Composite Pipe, 75mm Water Supply Pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection. This ensures compliance with the pinnacle of product quality standards. Pipes that do not meet these uncompromising standards are strictly forbidden from being installed, ensuring only the finest quality in your water supply system.

2. With utmost vigilance, handle each pipe carefully during movement. It is imperative to avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing heavy machinery like forklifts, tractors, or any other equipment that may compromise the pipes' integrity or damage them in the trench.

3. Keep the trench entirely free from water during the entire pipe-laying process. Ideally, excavation should coincide precisely with the installation of the pipes, ensuring efficiency and precision. The trench groove length must align perfectly with the interface length, maintaining a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Upon completion of the interface connection, immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand for optimal stability.

4. For precise pipe length adjustments, employ mechanical cutting methods that ensure clean, flat cuts perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting to preserve the pipe's structural integrity and ensure a seamless connection.

5. When modifying pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, employ only the most suitable pipe fittings. This avoids direct openings on pipes or fittings, maintaining the seamless integrity and reliability of the entire system.

6. Ensure that the pipes are laid precisely according to the designated slope as specified in the design requirements. The elevation error must remain within the limits defined by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering,' ensuring top-tier precision and reliability.

7. In conditions of low ambient temperatures or when nearing minimum thresholds, utilize fusion or flange connections for steadfast reliability. Clean all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, thoroughly to ensure they are free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metallic components like looping flanges and bolts, tailored to the soil quality and aligned with relevant standards, to guarantee enduring durability.
