Installation Instructions

1. Before embarking on the installation journey, every single Wilvida HDPE PE100 Composite Pipe, 75mm Water Supply Pipe must successfully undergo a meticulous inspection regime. This ensures that they meet or surpass the pinnacle of product standards. Should any pipe falter in meeting these rigorous criteria, it is categorically barred from joining the installation process.

2. Handle each pipe with the utmost precision and care during relocation. Resist the temptation to drag or roll them and avoid using heavy machinery, including forklifts, tractors, or any equipment that might compromise the integrity of the pipes in the trench.

3. Maintain a dry trench throughout the pipe-laying operation for optimal results. Ideally, excavation should proceed in harmony with the pipe installation. The trench's groove length must match the interface length, with a depth ranging from 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's external diameter. Upon interface completion, promptly backfill the groove with medium coarse sand to secure the installation.

4. For cutting pipes to the desired lengths, employ precise mechanical methods. This ensures clean, flat cuts that are perfectly perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid open flames at all costs to preserve the pipe's structural integrity.

5. When adjusting pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always opt for the appropriate pipe fittings. Refrain from creating direct openings on pipes or fittings as it may compromise system integrity, ensuring a seamless and reliable connection.

6. Lay the pipes following the precise slope specified in the design requirements. Ensure that the elevation error remains within the stringent limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering,' to guarantee system efficiency.

7. In challenging environments of low ambient temperatures or those approaching minimum thresholds, employ fusion or flange connections for reliability. Ensure that all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are pristine and free from soil, water, or any impurities. Apply necessary anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, adhering to soil quality and relevant standards for extended durability.
