Installation Instructions
1. Each Jiangsu Wilvida 75mm Composite Water Pipe with HDPE PE100 excellence must pass a stringent inspection before installation, ensuring it sets the benchmark for premium quality. Any pipe that does not meet these stringent criteria is strictly forbidden from being installed, reflecting our unwavering commitment to top-tier standards.
2. Handle each pipe with the utmost precision and care during transit. Refrain from dragging, rolling, or employing heavy machinery like forklifts, tractors, or any equipment that could potentially harm the pipes within the trench, safeguarding their integrity.
3. Maintain a water-free trench during the pipe-laying operation. Ideally, excavation should coincide with the pipe installation process. The trench groove should be precisely matched to the interface length, with a depth ranging between 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately fill the groove with medium coarse sand once the interface is completed to ensure stability.
4. For pipe cutting to specific lengths, employ mechanical tools to achieve pristine, flat cuts perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid the use of open flames for cutting to preserve the integrity and durability of the pipes.
5. When changing pipe diameters or affixing branch pipes, exclusively use appropriate pipe fittings. This practice avoids creating direct openings on pipes or fittings, which is crucial for maintaining the system's robust integrity.
6. Install the pipes in accordance with the designated slope as outlined in the design specifications, ensuring that any variation in elevation remains within the boundaries set by national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.
7. In scenarios involving low ambient temperatures or near-minimal thresholds, adopt fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, remain spotless and free from soil, water, or impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts like looping flanges and bolts, tailored to the soil quality and corresponding standards, ensuring longevity and performance.
