Installation Instructions
1. These procedures ensure that every pipe aligns flawlessly with our top-tier product standards. Pipes that fall short of these impeccable standards are strictly prohibited from being installed, ensuring only the best make the cut.
2. Handle each pipe with the utmost delicacy during relocation. It is imperative to avoid dragging, rolling, or employing heavy machinery like forklifts, tractors, or any equipment that might compromise the integrity of the pipes in the trench.
3. Maintain a dry trench throughout the pipe-laying process. For a seamless workflow, excavate the trench simultaneously with pipe installation. The groove within the trench should mirror the interface length, measuring a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Expedite the backfilling of the groove with medium coarse sand immediately upon completing the interface to ensure stability and integrity.
4. When customizing pipe lengths, employ mechanical cutting methods to achieve clean, precise cuts that are perfectly perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid the temptation of using open flames for cutting, as preserving the pipe's integrity is paramount.
5. Adaptation of pipe diameters or the integration of branch pipes should always be executed using appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid creating direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections, as this could compromise the system's integrity.
6. Follow the specified slope meticulously as outlined in the design requirements, ensuring that any elevation errors remain within the permissible limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'
7. In environments with low ambient temperatures or nearing minimum thresholds, fusion or flange connections are indispensable. Ensure that every connecting component, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, is pristine and free from soil, water, or other contaminants. For metal parts like looping flanges and bolts, apply anti-corrosion treatments according to the soil's quality and relevant standards to ensure lasting durability.
