Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with product standards. Any pipe failing to meet these stringent standards is strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. When transporting pipes, they should be handled with utmost care, lifting and placing them gently. Under no circumstances should pipes be dragged, rolled, or moved using forklifts, tractors, or other heavy machinery within the trench.

3. Ensure trenches remain free of water during pipe laying. It is advisable to synchronize digging with pipe laying. Groove dimensions should be based on the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Once interfacing is completed, immediately backfill grooves with medium coarse sand.

4. If pipes need to be cut to a specific length, employ mechanical cutting methods to achieve a clean, perpendicular cut. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

 

5. Use appropriately sized pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Do not create openings on pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the designed slope specifications. Ensure elevation errors remain within the limits set by the current national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268.

7. Employ fusion or flange connections in low or near-minimum ambient temperatures. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connection accessories thoroughly to remove soil, water, and impurities. For metal products like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, apply anti-corrosion measures based on site soil quality and corresponding standards.
