Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to laying the pipe, each section must undergo a meticulous inspection in accordance with product standards. Should any pipe fail to meet these standards, installation is strictly forbidden.

2. Exercise utmost care when handling the pipe; it should be lifted and placed gently. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or any heavy machinery to move the pipe within the trench is strictly prohibited.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during pipe installation, ideally excavating as you lay the pipe. The trench dimensions can be adjusted based on the length of the interface: depth should be 50-100mm, and the width must at least match the pipe's outer diameter. Once the interface is completed, backfill the grooves promptly with medium coarse sand.

4. If pipe length adjustment is necessary, employ mechanical cutting methods to achieve a flat, perpendicular cut face relative to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

 

5. For diameter changes or branch pipe connections, ensure the use of appropriate matching fittings. Avoid drilling holes in pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid in accordance with the design slope requirements, maintaining an elevation error within the allowable limits specified by the current national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268.

7. Utilize fusion or flange connections when the ambient temperature is low or near its minimum threshold. Before connecting, thoroughly clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other accessories to ensure they are free from soil, water, and impurities. For metal elements like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, implement anti-corrosion measures appropriate to the site's soil conditions and adhere to relevant standards.
