Installation Instructions

 

1. For the seamless installation of our superior buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is imperative to exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Avoid the use of screw connections or bonding to ensure reliability and durability. Each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection should be executed using specialized, high-quality tools. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection to maintain safety and precision.

2. To ensure perfect compatibility and integrity, always connect our polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to commencing the connection process, conduct a thorough quality test to confirm that the materials meet the highest industry standards.

3. When joining our premium polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is essential to keep the pipe ends immaculate. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings. Immediately inspect the interface upon completing each connection to ensure an uncompromised joint.

 

4. Maintain utmost cleanliness by meticulously wiping the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth both before and after performing hot melt butt welding. Adhere strictly to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as the pipes and fittings, to achieve the highest quality weld.

5. Adhere to the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, it is essential not to move or apply pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a secure bond.

6. Post-connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipelines within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Ensure the pipeline is secured and the joints are exposed prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then meticulously check for water tightness to certify the integrity of the connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction shall only be deemed operational after successfully passing a rigorous final acceptance inspection, ensuring that every aspect meets our superior standards of quality and performance.
