Installation Instructions

1. For the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively utilize advanced techniques such as electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Never employ screw connections or adhesive bonding. Ensure that each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipeline is executed with specialized, high-quality tools. Avoid using open flames to heat during the connection process for enhanced safety and reliability.

2. Polyethylene pipes must always be connected using PE pipes and fittings of the same premier brand, material, and SDR rating. Before commencing any connection work, conduct a thorough quality test to ensure all components meet the required standards.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is imperative to keep pipe ends clean and free from debris. Temporarily seal pipe openings at the end of each work session and perform an immediate inspection of the interface upon completing each connection to ensure seamless integration.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Strictly adhere to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, pipes, and fittings for optimal results.

5. Follow the precise pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, it is crucial not to move or apply pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a secure and durable weld.

6. Post-connection, it is essential to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Ensure the pipeline is filled with water, all air is purged, and then check for complete water tightness to confirm the integrity of the connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be deemed operational after the final acceptance inspection has been successfully passed, ensuring all standards and specifications have been met.
