Installation Instructions

 

1. For the effective burial of honeycomb pipes without specific soft soil conditions, there's no need for bottom trench lining or wrapping. Simply lay the pipe, backfill, and open the pathway for traffic seamlessly.

2. When installing multiple honeycomb pipes within the same trench, ensure neat arrangement by tying two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and at the midpoint of each pipe. This ensures stability before backfilling the trench.

3. For optical cables crossing highways, arrange the pipes meticulously at the design depth at the trench's bottom. First, fill with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand; then proceed with soil backfilling.
 

 

4. In engineering projects, pipe connections are secured with joints. Begin by applying PVC glue to the joints before connecting to ensure a watertight seal. For pipes of varying specifications, adhere strictly to the factory markings at each joint to prevent misalignment.

5. Upon completing each construction section, seal any temporarily unused pipes with plugs to prevent contamination from sand and gravel. Utilize cut pipes for other road sections as needed, connecting them according to specified lengths.

For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, you will receive the goods within 3-5 days after dispatch. For large quantity products, shipping is conducted by sea. The transit time to your destination port varies from days to weeks, depending on the port location.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the shipping costs.
