Installation Instructions

 

1. When installing the honeycomb pipe underground, in standard soil conditions, there's no need to prepare a trench bottom or wrap the pipe. Once the pipe's in place, you can proceed to backfill and reopen the area for traffic.

2. For laying multiple honeycomb pipes in the same trench, place two or more pipes at the trench bottom and secure them with two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and the middle of the pipe length. This will ensure they are neatly aligned before backfilling.

3. When laying optical cables across highways, arrange the pipes neatly at the trench bottom at the specified design depth. Add about 20 cm of fine soil or sand before filling the trench with soil for enhanced stability.
 

 

4. For pipe connections, use joints and apply PVC glue for a tight seal. Ensure pipes of different specifications are connected strictly according to the factory markings to avoid misalignment and ensure a secure fit.

5. After completing each construction section, seal any unused pipes with plugs to prevent debris from entering. Cut pipes can be repurposed for other road sections and connected to the required length as needed.

How long is your delivery time? For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air.
