Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. For seamless installation, each 6-meter CPVC power conduit comes equipped with 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers. Maintain a precise 2.0-meter spacing between sleepers, situated 0.5 meters from each joint, ensuring robust support and stability throughout the installation.
2. CPVC power protective casings offer the convenience of manual installation. Carefully hand over the pipe material to the construction team positioned at the base of the trench. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is absolutely forbidden to maintain the integrity of the installation process.
3. Should there be a need to modify the length of the CPVC power protective casings, employ precise mechanical tools for cutting. Achieve a flawless cut that is strictly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, ensuring a perfectly smooth and flat surface for optimum performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connect the CPVC power protective casings with precision using either socket or interface connections. This method ensures a secure and reliable linkage that withstands external forces.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with insertion length indicators. Post-insertion into the socket, double-check the insertion indicator for accuracy, confirming it's correctly aligned and secure.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This crucial step guarantees a secure connection and effectively mitigates the risk of water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. This timely action prevents potential damage that may arise from prolonged exposure of the pipeline to environmental elements.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil, which helps cushion and protect the casing from potential damage.
3. Manually incorporate backfilling soil into the ditch with care and precision; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of backfill soil must adhere to the design-specified density requirements, ensuring a stable and secure environment for the installed pipeline.

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost.
