Installation Instructions

1. When honeycomb pipe is buried, if there is no special (soft soil) situation, the bottom of the trench for laying pipes does not need to be laid, nor does it need to be wrapped. After the pipe is laid, the backfill can be opened to traffic. 

2. Lay more than two honeycomb pipes at the bottom of the same ditch. When the pipes are placed at the bottom of the ditch, tie two 3.0 iron wires at each of the joints and 1/2 of the pipe length to make the pipes neatly arranged and then backfill the pipes. 

3. When the optical cable is laid across the highway, arrange the pipes neatly at the bottom of the trench dug according to the design depth. Fill the pipes with about 20 cm of fine soil or sand before filling them with soil. 

 

4. In engineering, pipes are connected by joints. PVC glue should be applied to the joints first, and then the joints are connected to ensure a tight joint. When connecting pipes of different specifications, they should be strictly connected according to the factory marking at the joint to avoid misalignment. 

5. After each section of construction is completed, temporarily unused pipes can be sealed with plugs to prevent sand and gravel impurities from entering the pipes. During construction, the cut pipes can be used for other road sections and connected according to the required length.

Are you trading company or factory?

How long is your delivery time?

For small quantity products, they will delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivered. For large quantity products,delivered by sea.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on where is the port.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, Samples are available. For normal products, samples are free ,you just need to bear the freight; For those high value products, you need to pay the freight and certain product cost. After we cooperate for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.
