Installation Instructions

 

1. For standard installations without special conditions (such as soft soil), there is no need to prepare the trench base or wrap the Durable Wilvida HDPE Porous Plum Pipe. Simply lay the pipe and proceed with backfilling, allowing for immediate traffic flow.

2. When installing multiple honeycomb pipes at the bottom of a single trench, ensure precise alignment by securing each joint and midsection with 3.0 iron wires. This ensures a neat arrangement before backfilling.

3. For highway crossings, dig the trench to the designed depth and arrange the pipes orderly at the base. Cover them with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand before completing the backfill to ensure stability.
 

 

4. Use joints to connect pipes during engineering projects. Apply PVC glue to each joint to secure a tight connection. When connecting pipes of varying specifications, follow the factory markings meticulously to avoid misalignment.

5. To protect temporarily unused pipes after each construction phase, seal them with plugs to prevent contamination from sand and gravel. Utilize cut pipes for other sections as needed, ensuring each segment is connected to the required length.
