Installation Instructions

 

1. When burying the honeycomb pipe, unless dealing with special conditions such as soft soil, there is no need to lay a bottom layer or wrap the trench. Once the pipe is positioned, you can backfill the trench and open it to traffic immediately.

2. When laying more than two honeycomb pipes at the bottom of the same trench, securely tie them with two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and at every half-pipe length. This ensures the pipes are neatly aligned, after which you can proceed with backfilling.

3. For optical cables crossing highways, arrange the pipes neatly at the trench bottom, following the design depth. Initially, fill the pipes with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand before completing the backfill with soil.
 

 

4. During engineering projects, pipes are connected using joints. Apply PVC glue to the joints before connecting them to ensure a secure fit. When connecting pipes of various specifications, adhere strictly to the factory markings at the joints to prevent misalignment.

5. After completing each construction section, seal any temporarily unused pipes with plugs to keep out sand and gravel. Cut pipes can be repurposed for other sections and connected according to the required lengths.
