Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. Each CPVC power conduit, with its standard precision fixed length of 6 meters, is expertly outfitted with 3 strategically positioned pipe sleepers. These sleepers are meticulously placed to ensure an even distribution at every 2.0 meters, while maintaining a critical 0.5-meter distance from each joint, ensuring unparalleled stability and support.
2. For optimal efficiency, CPVC power protective casings can be delicately installed by hand. Precision handling is key, as ground personnel are tasked with delivering the pipe material directly to the construction team stationed at the trench base. It is imperative to note that rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain structural integrity.
3. Should you need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, employ only the finest mechanical tools for an accurate cut. The cut must be executed so that it is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a flawless, smooth finish that upholds the highest standards of installation quality.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Seamless connections for CPVC power protective casings hinge on the choice of either socket or interface connections. This flexibility ensures that each connection meets the tailor-made needs of the installation.
2. Meticulously mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to clearly indicate the insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, diligently verify the precision of the insertion indicator, ensuring it is both accurate and perfectly aligned, leaving no room for error.
3. Prior to forging a connection with the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is crucial to meticulously cleanse the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This practice not only ensures a perfect, secure connection but also acts as a safeguard against potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has received full acceptance. By doing so, you promptly shield the pipeline from potential damage caused by unnecessary prolonged exposure.
2. Always guarantee that the vicinity surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is enveloped with soft soil, providing gentle yet effective protection.
3. Backfilling must be performed manually to maintain the integrity of the site; the use of mechanical equipment for backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent any inadvertent damage.
4. The backfill soil must be of such impeccable quality that it consistently meets the stringent density requirements specified by design, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the installation.
