01, Before commencing installation, thoroughly inspect whether the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine adhere to the stringent welding requirements. Conduct an idle run test on the milling cutter oil pump switch, and other components. Install the slips that correspond with the pipe specifications into the rack. Adjust the heating plate to the prescribed welding temperature, and meticulously cleanse the surface of the heating plate using clean soft paper or alcohol to eliminate any oil stains before heating.

02, Ensure both ends of the pipe are free from dirt. Position the pipe into the frame clamp so that the extension length at both ends is equal. The external parts of the pipe rack should be supported appropriately. Align the pipe to the height of the frame's centerline, and then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter and proceed to mill the pipe.

03, Continue milling the pipe until uninterrupted cutting is observed at both ends. Then, alleviate the pressure and allow the milling cutter to idle for two to three cycles before retracting the movable frame and switching off the milling cutter.

04, Remove the milling cutter and close the ends of the pipes. Check the end faces; the displacement at both ends should not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. Ensure there is no visible gap when closing the ends, and any gap should comply with a maximum width of 0.3MM (DN).<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05, Once the heating plate temperature reaches the set value, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the designated pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips and the minimum curling reaches the specified height. Then, reduce the pressure to the specified value, ensuring the pipe end face contacts the heating plate and continue heating until the set time is reached.

06, When the heat absorption time is attained, retract the movable frame and promptly remove the heating plate. Close the pipe ends swiftly, ensuring the switching time is minimal and does not exceed the specified limit. Apply the closing pressure carefully to avoid excessive squeezing of the molten material, which could compromise welding quality.07, Gradually increase the pressure to the designated value and maintain it for cooling. After natural cooling to ambient room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe, thus completing the welding process.

08, Following the cooling period, the welding process is complete, leaving you with a securely joined pipe system.Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain pressure for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding.
