2. Guarantee impeccable connections by using polyethylene pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. This ensures compatibility and unwavering reliability. Prior to beginning any connection, undertake a comprehensive quality test to ascertain it meets all required standards, ensuring a secure and robust pipeline for years to come.
3. When uniting polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure the pipe ends remain immaculate for a flawless and efficient connection. At the close of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to guard against contamination. Upon completing each connection, immediately inspect the interface to confirm it is secure and devoid of defects, guaranteeing a smooth and reliable water supply.
4. For hot melt butt welding, both before and after the process, diligently clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth to guarantee optimal heat transfer and exceptional connection quality. 6. After connections are completed, perform a water pressure test on the pipes within an hour post hot-melt welding to verify the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before conducting the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and meticulously check for water tightness to affirm a successful and leak-free connection.
7. Only after passing the final acceptance inspection can the pipeline engineering construction be considered operational. This ensures that all standards and specifications have been fulfilled, delivering a safe, effective, and dependable water supply system.
