Installation Instructions

1. When installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, always employ the superior techniques of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking for unparalleled performance and longevity. Avoid using screw connections or bonding as they may weaken the pipeline's integrity. Each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection must harness specialized, precision-designed tools. Refrain from using open flames, as they can damage the pipes and pose safety concerns.

2. Ensure that polyethylene pipes are seamlessly connected using PE pipes and fittings from the same brand, material, and SDR rating, guaranteeing compatibility and reliability. Before starting any connection, perform an exhaustive test to ensure quality standards are met, securing a robust and enduring pipeline.

3. For pristine and efficient connections in polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to avert contamination. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to verify it is secured and defect-free.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, thoroughly clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth, ensuring peak heat transfer and connection quality. Diligently adhere to the specified heating time and temperature parameters outlined by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the corresponding pipes and fittings to guarantee optimal results.

5. Adhere to the precise pressure holding and cooling periods prescribed for hot melt butt welding by equipment and pipe manufacturers. It is crucial during these times not to disturb or apply pressure to the connecting parts to maintain a robust and stable connection.

6. Conduct an essential water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld to confirm the integrity and reliability of the pipeline. Secure the pipeline, expose the joints, fill with water, purge all air, and verify water tightness to ensure the connection's success.

7. The pipeline engineering construction is only considered operational after it passes the final acceptance inspection, confirming that all standards and specifications are satisfied for a safe and efficient water supply system.
