Any pipe that does not measure up to these exacting benchmarks is strictly forbidden from being installed, safeguarding both performance and reliability.
2. Treat each pipe with the highest degree of care and respect during relocation. Eschew dragging or rolling, and steer clear of using heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors, which could harm the pipes while nestled in the trench, ensuring their pristine condition remains intact.
3. Maintain a water-free trench throughout the entire pipe-laying adventure. Ideally, synchronize the excavation of the trench with pipe installation for seamless progress. The trench groove should be meticulously crafted to match the interface length, with a precision depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Swiftly fill the groove with medium coarse sand right after the interface is completed to ensure unwavering stability.
4. For cutting pipes to precise lengths, rely on mechanical methods that deliver clean, flawless cuts perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames to preserve the pipe's structural integrity, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
5. When modifying pipe diameters or integrating branch pipes, always choose the appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid the temptation of creating direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections, as this upholds the system's flawless integrity.
6. Lay pipes with unwavering accuracy according to the specified slope outlined in the design requirements. Make sure that the elevation error remains well within the limits set by the esteemed national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering,' ensuring precision and reliability.
7. In scenarios with low ambient temperatures or at the cusp of minimum thresholds, employ fusion or flange connections with confidence. Ensure every connecting part-sockets, sleeves, and seals-remains impeccably clean and free from soil, water, or any impurities. Administer anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, tailored to soil quality and relevant standards, for enduring protection.
