Installation Instructions

 

1. Before installation begins, conduct a comprehensive inspection of every pipe to ensure they meet the stringent product standards. Any pipe that fails to meet these rigorous standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Exercise extreme caution when relocating pipes. Do not drag or roll them. Avoid using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or any similar equipment for moving pipes within the trench to prevent damage.

3. Keep the trench dry throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, synchronize trench digging with pipe laying. The trench groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand after completing the interface to ensure stability.

4. When cutting pipes to the desired length, use mechanical methods to achieve a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames as they can compromise the pipe's integrity.

 

5. Always use the appropriate pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Never create openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections, as this can lead to leaks and other issues.

6. Install pipes according to the specified slope as outlined in the design requirements. Ensure that the elevation error does not exceed the limits established in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, opt for fusion or flange connections. Make sure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are meticulously clean and free of soil, water, or any impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, taking into account soil quality and relevant standards to ensure longevity.
