Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit, standardized at a fixed length of 6 meters, comes with 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers. These sleepers maintain a 2.0-meter spacing and are positioned 0.5 meters from the joint to ensure optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for manual installation. Ground personnel are responsible for delivering pipe materials to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the trench is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.

3. For necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical tools must be employed to achieve precise cuts. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe axis, resulting in a smooth and even surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of the CPVC power protective casings are accomplished using either socket or interface methods, providing versatility and reliability in installation.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the required insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify the insertion indicator is accurate and correctly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is crucial for achieving a secure connection and preventing water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Prompt backfilling prevents damage caused by prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft, non-abrasive soil to prevent damage.
3. Manually backfill soil into the ditch to avoid the risks associated with mechanical backfilling, which is strictly prohibited.
4. The backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the long-term stability and integrity of the installation.
