Installation Instructions

 

1. Before installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee it adheres to rigorous product standards. Pipes that do not comply are strictly prohibited from installation.

2. During relocation, handle each pipe with extraordinary care. Avoid dragging, rolling, or employing heavy machinery such as forklifts and tractors for trench movement to prevent damage.

3. Keep the trench dry throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, dig the trench concurrently with the pipe laying. Ensure the trench groove length matches the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width that sufficiently accommodates the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. For cutting pipes to specified lengths, use mechanical methods to achieve a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames to ensure precision and safety.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, utilize suitable pipe fittings. Do not create openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections to maintain structural integrity.

6. Lay pipes adhering to the designated slope from the design specifications, ensuring the elevation error remains within the limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In conditions of low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from contaminants like soil or water. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components, including looping flanges and bolts, according to soil quality and relevant standards to ensure longevity.
