Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, meticulously inspect each pipe to guarantee it meets all product standards. Any pipe that fails to comply is strictly prohibited from being installed, ensuring safety and quality.

2. Handle each pipe with the greatest care during relocation. Avoid dragging or rolling the pipes, and refrain from using heavy machinery like forklifts, tractors, or any other equipment to move the pipes within the trench.

3. Keep the trench water-free during the pipe-laying process. Ideally, dig the trench simultaneously with pipe laying. The trench groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove with medium-course sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the required lengths, use mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting to maintain pipe integrity.

5. Use appropriate pipe fittings when changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Do not create openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections, ensuring long-term durability and reliability.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error stays within the limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, based on soil quality and relevant standards, to ensure longevity.
