Installation Instructions

 

1. For standard installations where no special conditions like soft soil are present, there is no need to lay a base or wrap the trench bottom before placing the honeycomb pipes. Once the pipes are positioned, backfilling can commence, and the area can be reopened to traffic.

2. When installing more than two honeycomb pipes in the same trench, secure them neatly by tying two 3.0 iron wires at each joint and the midpoint of the pipes. This ensures proper alignment. After tying, proceed with backfilling the trench.

3. For optical cable installations crossing highways, carefully place the pipes at the designated design depth at the bottom of the trench. Cover the pipes with approximately 20 cm of fine soil or sand to ensure stability before proceeding with the complete soil fill.
 

 

4. During construction, pipes are connected using joints. Begin by applying PVC glue to the joints for a secure fit, then connect the joints tightly. When connecting pipes of varying specifications, follow the factory markings at the joints meticulously to avoid any misalignment.

5. Upon completing each construction segment, seal any temporarily unused pipes with plugs to prevent debris such as sand and gravel from entering. Meanwhile, any cut pipes can be repurposed for other sections, ensuring they are connected to the required length and specifications.
