Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, ensure each pipe undergoes a meticulous inspection to verify full compliance with stringent product standards. Any pipe that does not meet these standards must be strictly excluded from the installation process.

2. Handle each pipe with the utmost care during relocation. Avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or any other heavy machinery to move the pipes within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains completely free of water during the pipe laying operation. Ideally, synchronize trench digging with the pipe laying. The trench groove should precisely match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width that is no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface connection.

4. For cutting pipes to required lengths, employ mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut that is perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting as it could compromise the integrity of the pipes.

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always utilize the appropriate pipe fittings. Refrain from creating any openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes in accordance with the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error is within the limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. During low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, employ fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, remain clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts, conforming to soil quality and relevant standards.
