Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee adherence to the highest product standards. Pipes that fail to meet these rigorous criteria are strictly prohibited from being installed.

2. Exercise extreme care when relocating pipes. Avoid dragging, rolling, and steer clear of using heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or other equipment that could damage the pipes during trench installation.

3. Maintain a dry trench throughout the pipe laying process. For optimal results, dig the trench simultaneously with laying the pipes. Ensure the trench groove length matches the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width that exceeds the outer diameter of the pipe. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the desired lengths, employ mechanical methods to achieve a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for this purpose.

 

5. Use appropriate pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branches. Do not create openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope in the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error remains within the limits prescribed by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, utilize fusion or flange connections. Ensure that all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts, adhering to soil quality and relevant standards.
