Installation Instructions

1. Carefully inspect each pipe according to the product standards prior to installation. Any pipe that does not meet these standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. When transporting pipes, ensure they are gently lifted and placed. Avoid dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar equipment to move pipes in the trench.

3. Ensure the trench is dry during the pipe laying process. It is advisable to dig the trench simultaneously with the pipe laying. The groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. After completing the interface, backfill the grooves immediately with medium coarse sand.

4. If the pipe needs to be cut, use mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat surface perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. Utilize appropriate fittings when changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Avoid making openings in pipes and fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipes according to the required design slope. Ensure the elevation error does not exceed the limits specified in the current national standard "Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering" GB 50268.

7. For low-temperature conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connecting parts thoroughly, ensuring they are free from soil, water, and impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal components like looping flanges and bolts according to the soil quality and relevant standards.
