Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a thorough inspection in accordance with product standards. Any pipe that fails to meet these standards is strictly prohibited from being installed.

2. Handle pipes with care during transportation; they should be lifted and placed gently. Dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar machinery to move pipes within the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water throughout the pipe-laying process. Excavation should proceed concurrently with pipe laying. The trench length should match the pipe interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately after connecting the interfaces, backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand.

4. When cutting pipes to the required length, use mechanical methods to achieve a clean, perpendicular cut to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. For diameter changes or branch connections, always use the appropriate pipe fittings. Do not create openings on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Pipes must be laid according to the specified design slope, ensuring elevation errors are within the limits set by the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' (GB 50268).

7. For low ambient temperatures or near-minimum temperatures, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure connecting parts like sockets, sleeves, and seals are free from soil, water, and other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion measures to metal components like flanges and bolts based on the soil conditions and relevant standards.
