Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Maintain a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers, positioning them 0.5 meters from each joint for optimal stability and performance.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with care. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.

3. If adjustments to the length of CPVC power protective casings are necessary, use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for seamless installation.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are achieved using either socket or interface connections for secure and efficient assembly.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indicator. After insertion into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure any soil or attachments are cleared from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents potential water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling prevents damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and integrity of the installation.
