Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is supported by 3 pipe sleepers, spaced evenly at 2.0 meters apart, with an additional 0.5 meters from the joint to the nearest sleeper for optimal stability.

2. For the manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, ground personnel should ensure the pipe material is carefully handed to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.

3. When length adjustments are necessary for CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical tools for precision cutting. Ensure the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, creating a smooth and flat surface for optimal fitting.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are made using either socket or interface methods, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection area with the specific insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurately and properly positioned for a secure connection.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection, preventing potential water leakage and enhancing durability.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent damage due to prolonged exposure to environmental elements.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft, pliable soil for optimal coverage and protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the structural integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the density requirements as specified in the design to ensure proper support and stability.
