Installation Instructions

1. Before commencing installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to confirm absolute compliance with the established product standards. Pipes that fail to meet these stringent criteria are strictly prohibited from installation.

2. Exercise exceptional caution when handling pipes during relocation. Avoid dragging, rolling, or employing equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or other heavy machinery to maneuver pipes in the trench.

3. Maintain a water-free trench throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, synchronize trench digging with pipe laying activities. The trench groove should match the interface length, be 50-100mm in depth, and have a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. For precision cutting of pipes to desired lengths, use mechanical methods that guarantee a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting purposes.

5. Utilize appropriate pipe fittings for diameter changes or branch pipe connections. Refrain from creating openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specific slope requirements outlined in the design specifications, ensuring that elevation errors do not exceed the constraints set forth by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In environments with low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, employ fusion or flange connections. Ensure that all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are thoroughly clean and free from soil, water, or other contaminants. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts in accordance with soil quality and relevant standards.
