Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard 6-meter length. Each conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a consistent 2.0-meter spacing between sleepers and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel are responsible for transferring the pipe material to the construction crew situated at the trench's bottom. Under no circumstances should pipes be rolled into the groove.

3. For any required length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and even surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings can be executed using either socket connections or interface connections.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit at the connection point to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, verify the accuracy of the insertion indicator to ensure proper positioning.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or debris from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a secure connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent damage from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to maintain integrity.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the trench, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid any potential damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must conform to the design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and longevity of the installation.
