Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduits is 6 meters, each accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers. These sleepers should be spaced evenly at 2.0 meters apart, with a 0.5-meter distance from the joints to ensure stability and support.

2. The CPVC power protective casing can be installed manually. Ground personnel are responsible for transferring the pipe material to construction personnel working at the trench's bottom. It's crucial to avoid rolling the pipe into the groove to prevent damage.

3. Adjusting the length of the CPVC power protective casing can be efficiently performed using mechanical cutting tools. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis and results in a smooth, flat surface for optimal installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and seamless fit.

2. Ensure that the connection surface of the CPVC power conduit is clearly marked with the insertion length. Upon inserting the pipe into the socket, verify that the insertion indication is precise and correctly positioned.

3. Before making the CPVC power protective sleeve connection, remove any soil or other debris from the outside of the pipe socket and inside the rubber ring. This step is vital to facilitate a smooth connection and prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Backfill the trench promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. This timely action helps to prevent potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that soft soil is used for backfilling around the CPVC power protective casing to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill the soil back into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid compromising the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to the density requirements specified in the design to ensure long-lasting durability and stability.
