Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is complemented with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and ensuring they are positioned 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground staff should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. If length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, mechanical tools should be employed for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, achieving a smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are achieved using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection, preventing any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing necessary protection.
3. Backfilling of soil into the ditch should be done manually; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing the longevity and safety of the installation.
