Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for the CPVC power conduit is an impressive 6 meters. Each conduit is meticulously paired with 3 sets of robust pipe sleepers, ensuring a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings offer the convenience of manual installation. Ground personnel are required to carefully transfer the pipe materials to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Note: Rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain the integrity of the materials.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, make use of mechanical tools to achieve a clean cut. It is crucial that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, yielding a smooth and flat surface for optimal connectivity.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are accomplished using either socket or interface techniques, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit with the insertion length indicator. After inserting the conduit into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator aligns accurately and is correctly positioned for a secure hold.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is essential to remove any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This step is critical to achieving a proper connection and preventing any potential water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence once the concealed pipeline project has been formally accepted. Aim to backfill promptly to prevent any damage that may arise from the pipeline being exposed for extended periods.
2. Ensure that the vicinity around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing optimal support and protection.
3. Manually filling the backfilling soil into the ditch is mandatory; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to safeguard the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the project's longevity and stability.
