Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for each CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit comes with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should pass the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench’s bottom. Rolling the pipes into the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. If length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe's axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings can be made using socket or interface connections.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit to indicate the insertion length. After inserting into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurate and correctly aligned.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket’s exterior and the rubber ring’s interior for a proper connection and to prevent water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence once the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling is essential to avoid damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the trench; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.
4. Ensure the backfill soil quality meets the design-specified density requirements to guarantee the stability and integrity of the installation.
