CPVC power pipes are commonly used as cable protection pipes. This product has the characteristics of high strength, good flexibility, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, good insulation performance, no pollution, not easy to age, lightweight, and convenient construction. Its various performance indicators have been tested, appraised, and certified at the national and provincial levels, and have reached or exceeded the level of similar products in China. The product performance is significantly better than traditional asbestos cable conduits and ordinary PVC pipes, making it an ideal alternative to traditional power cable protective sleeves.

1,In special circumstances, for projects with concrete encapsulation, thin-walled conduits with a nominal wall thickness less than the specified in the table can be produced through mutual agreement between the supply and demand parties. 2,SN16, SN24, and SN32 are the ring stiffness (3%) levels (at room temperature) of rigid polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits. 3,SN8, SN12, and SN16 are the ring stiffness (3%) grades (80 ºC) of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits, respectively.

Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC power pipe laying and installation

1 CPVC power conduit standard fixed length (6 meters) is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, with a spacing of 2.0m between pipe sleepers and a distance of 0.5m from the joint.

2 The installation of CPVC power protective casing can be done manually, and the pipe material can be transferred to the construction personnel at the bottom of the trench by ground personnel. It is strictly prohibited to roll the pipe into the groove.

3 The adjustment of the length of CPVC power protective casing can be done by cutting with mechanical tools. The cut at the cutting point should be perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow and should be smooth and flat.

 

(2) CPVC power sheath connection

1 The connection of CPVC power protective casing adopts socket or interface connection.

2 The surface of the CPVC power conduit connection should be marked with an indication of the insertion length. After the pipe is inserted into the socket, it is necessary to ensure that the insertion indication is accurate and in place.

3 Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, the soil or other attachments on the outside of the pipe socket and the inside of the rubber ring should be removed to facilitate the connection and prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill soil
1. The trench backfilling should be carried out after the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project, and the backfilling should be done in a timely manner to prevent losses caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2 The surrounding area of CPVC power protective casing must be backfilled with soft soil.
3. Backfilling soil should be manually filled into the ditch, and mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited.
4. The quality of backfill soil must meet the density requirements specified in the design.

Are you trading company or factory?

How long is your delivery time?
For small quantity products, they will delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivered. For large quantity products,delivered by sea.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on where is the port.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, Samples are available. For normal products, samples are free ,you just need to bear the freight; For those high value products, you need to pay the freight and certain product cost. After we cooperate for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.
