Installation Instructions

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters, paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Maintain a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and position them exactly 0.5 meters away from the joint, ensuring structural stability and integrity.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel must transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Strictly prohibit rolling pipes into the groove to avoid damage and ensure proper handling.

3. When length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, achieving a smooth, flat surface for optimal fit and performance.

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface connections. These methods ensure secure and reliable joints.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indication of the required insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling prevents damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline, ensuring its longevity and reliability.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide gentle support and prevent damage.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the protective casing and ensure precise soil placement.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the long-term stability and effectiveness of the installation.
