Installation Instructions

 

(1) Expert Laying and Installation of CPVC Power Pipes

1. Each CPVC power conduit, with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, is meticulously equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. The sleepers are spaced at precise intervals of 2.0 meters, positioned 0.5 meters from each joint to ensure optimal stability.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is designed for ease and efficiency, allowing manual handling. Ground personnel can efficiently transfer the pipe material to construction personnel at the trench bottom. Importantly, rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain integrity.

3. Length adjustments of CPVC power protective casings are achieved with precision through mechanical cutting tools. Each cut must be executed perpendicularly to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth and flat finish.

 

(2) Seamless Connection of CPVC Power Sheaths

1. The connection of CPVC power protective casings employs either socket or interface connections, designed for reliability and ease of assembly.

2. Ensure the connection surface of the CPVC power conduit is clearly marked with the insertion length indication. Upon insertion into the socket, accuracy and precise alignment are imperative.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeves, meticulously remove any soil or attachments from the outside of the pipe socket and inside the rubber ring. This preparation is vital to facilitate a robust connection and prevent potential water leakage.

 

(3) Strategic Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project is accepted. Timely backfilling is crucial to prevent losses due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to maintain integrity and protection.
3. Perform manual backfilling of soil into the ditch to ensure precision and care. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain quality.
4. The backfill soil quality must adhere to the density requirements specified in the design, ensuring long-lasting support and stability.

How long is your delivery time?

For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, it takes 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after dispatch. For large quantity products, they are delivered by sea, taking several days to weeks to reach your destination port, depending on the port location.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, samples are available. For regular products, samples are free, with only the freight to be borne by you. For high-value products, you will need to cover the freight and a portion of the product cost.
