Installation Instructions

(1) Laying and Installing CPVC Power Pipes with Precision

1. Each CPVC power conduit has a standard fixed length of 6 meters. To ensure stability, every pipe is equipped with 3 sets of sleepers, spaced 2.0 meters apart and positioned 0.5 meters from each joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should carefully hand the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. It is strictly prohibited to roll pipes into the groove to prevent damage.

3. When length adjustments are required for CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for optimal fitting.

(2) Precise Connection of CPVC Power Sheaths

1. CPVC power protective casing connections can be executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure fit.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, verify the insertion indicator for accuracy and proper positioning.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a secure connection and prevents potential water leakage.

(3) Expert Backfill Soil Procedures
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Prompt backfilling helps avoid damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the trench around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch. The use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the pipeline.
4. The quality of backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure stability and durability.
