1,In special circumstances, for projects with concrete encapsulation, thin-walled conduits with a nominal wall thickness less than the specified in the table can be produced through mutual agreement between the supply and demand parties. 2,SN16, SN24, and SN32 are the ring stiffness (3%) levels (at room temperature) of rigid polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits. 3,SN8, SN12, and SN16 are the ring stiffness (3%) grades (80 ºC) of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride plastic cable conduits, respectively.

Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each standard fixed length (6 meters) of CPVC power conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Maintain a spacing of 2.0m between each set of pipe sleepers and a distance of 0.5m from the joint for optimal stability.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casing can be effortlessly conducted manually. Ground personnel will transfer the pipe materials directly to construction personnel positioned at the bottom of the trench. Rolling the pipe into the groove is strictly prohibited to ensure safety and integrity.

3. To adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casing, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut at the designated point is perpendicular to the pipe axis and provides a smooth, flat surface for seamless installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The CPVC power protective casing connections are secured using either socket or interface connections to ensure a robust and reliable seal.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indication. After inserting the pipe into the socket, confirm that the insertion indication is precise and properly positioned for optimal fitting.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously remove soil or any other attachments from both the pipe socket exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a secure connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately following the acceptance of the concealed pipeline project. Prompt backfilling prevents potential losses due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide supportive cushioning.
3. Backfilling the trench must be done manually. Mechanical backfilling is strictly forbidden to maintain the integrity and position of the CPVC power protective casing.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must conform to the density requirements outlined in the design specifications to ensure structural stability and performance.

Are you trading company or factory?

How long is your delivery time?

For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Usually, it will take 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after dispatch. For large quantity products, delivery will be by sea, which will take from several days to a few weeks to reach your destination port, depending on its location.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you just need to bear the shipping cost. For high-value products, you need to pay the freight and a certain product cost. After multiple collaborations or when you become our VIP customer, we will offer free samples upon request.
