1. When installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. The use of screw connections and bonding is strictly prohibited to ensure system integrity. Utilize specialized tools for every type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection, meticulously avoiding open flames during the heating process to maintain safety and precision.

2. It is vital to connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before commencing any connection, rigorously test to confirm that the materials meet all required quality standards, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting installation.

3. During the process of joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure that the pipe ends are immaculate. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to prevent contamination. Immediately inspect the interface after completing each connection to verify it is secure and flawless.

4. Prior to and after performing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth. It is vital to strictly adhere to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as those of the pipes and fittings, to ensure optimal results.

5. Adhere to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations during hot melt butt welding as outlined by the manufacturers of the equipment and pipes. 6. Following the connection process, conducting a water pressure test on the pipes is essential. This test should be performed within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Ensure the pipeline is securely anchored and expose all joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, eliminate any trapped air, and meticulously check for water tightness to guarantee system performance.

7. Only after passing the final acceptance inspection can the pipeline engineering construction be considered operational, thereby ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability are met.
