Installation Instructions

1. For the optimal installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, employ exclusively electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Do not resort to screw connections or bonding. Utilize specialized tools for each polyethylene water supply pipeline connection. Avoid using open flames for heating during the connection process to ensure safety and integrity.

2. Ensure a seamless connection of polyethylene pipes by using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Conduct a thorough test before commencing to verify the quality meets the required standards.

3. Maintain the pristine condition of pipe ends when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. Temporarily seal pipe openings at the end of each work session. Promptly inspect the interface upon completing the connection to ensure reliability.

4. Carefully clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth both before and after performing hot melt butt welding. Strictly adhere to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings for optimal results.

5. Observe the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a strong and leak-proof bond.

6. Conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour after completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then inspect for water tightness to guarantee the connection's integrity.

7. The pipeline engineering construction is deemed operational only after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection, ensuring all standards and specifications are met.
