Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from each joint for optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew located at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to avoid damage.

3. Should length adjustments be necessary for the CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical tools to ensure precise cutting. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a perfectly smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring secure and reliable linkage.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indicator of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly aligned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted to avoid damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate protection.
3. Backfill soil into the ditch manually, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure the stability and longevity of the pipeline.
