Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is supported by 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers. These sleepers are spaced at intervals of 2.0 meters, with a precise 0.5-meter gap from the joint for optimal stability and performance.

2. CPVC power protective casings should be installed manually. Ground personnel are responsible for handing over the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain integrity.

3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, use appropriate mechanical tools to make cuts. Ensure that the cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in clean, smooth, and flat surfaces for seamless installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The connections for CPVC power protective casings are securely established using either socket connections or interface connections, ensuring a robust and reliable join.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit with an indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, double-check to confirm that the insertion indicator is accurately positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear away any soil or debris from the outer surface of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin backfilling the trench only after the concealed pipeline project has passed inspection. Prompt backfilling is crucial to prevent any damage that may occur from prolonged exposure.
2. Carefully backfill the area around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil to maintain the structural integrity of the installation.
3. Manually backfill the soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the installation.
4. Ensure the quality of the backfill soil meets the specified density requirements as outlined in the design plan for optimal performance and longevity.
