Installation Instructions

 

1. Before the installation process begins, it is imperative to meticulously inspect each pipe to confirm it fully adheres to our stringent product standards. Any pipe that does not meet these quality criteria is absolutely prohibited from installation.

2. During transport, handle each pipe with exceptional care. Avoid dragging, rolling, or using heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors to move pipes in the trench. This prevents damage and maintains integrity.

3. Ensure the trench is entirely free of water during the pipe laying process. For optimal efficiency, dig the trench concurrent with the pipe laying. The trench groove should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand once the interface is complete.

4. When cutting pipes to the necessary lengths, employ mechanical methods to achieve a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid any use of open flames to ensure safety and precision.

 

5. Use proper pipe fittings for changing diameters or connecting branch pipes. Do not create openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections, as this can compromise the system's integrity.

6. Lay the pipes according to the specified slope in the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error does not surpass the limits outlined in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'

7. When working in low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. All connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, must be clean and devoid of soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts like flanges and bolts as per the soil conditions and relevant standards.
