The material of PE water supply pipes is PE (polyethylene) resin, meticulously polymerized from monomer ethylene. Installation Instructions

 

1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively harness the precision of electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Avoid screw connections or bonding entirely. Ensure that every polyethylene pipeline connection is executed with specialized, high-quality tools designed for this purpose. Refrain from using open flames for any heating needs during the connection process.

2. Connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before beginning the connection process, conduct a rigorous test to confirm the quality meets the highest standards.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure the pipe ends are kept immaculate. Seal pipe openings temporarily at the end of each work session. Inspect the interface immediately upon completing the connection to ensure a perfect joint.

 

4. Both before and after performing hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Follow the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings to the letter.

5. Adhere strictly to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. It is imperative not to move or apply pressure to the connecting parts during these periods to ensure a solid, lasting connection.

6. After connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Ensure the pipeline is secured and the joints are exposed prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and check thoroughly for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be considered operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, guaranteeing the utmost reliability and performance.
